						<description><![CDATA[It is of utmost importance for civil society organisations, as key stakeholders in the AIDS response, to integrate TB, Malaria and other health-related diseases into our core interventions. The trouble we have here in Uganda is that many AIDS service organisations participate in the AIDS response targeting HIV and AIDS only. Sometimes it is because they are targeting the 'big money' therein; sometimes it is because they cannot afford the advisory services of a consultant. We need to get the word out to the grassroots communities because these are the people who form most of our membership-based organisations.]]></description>
