Hello Key Correspondents!
Health & Development Networks (HDN) is looking for KCs to ‘Speak Your World’ about Children and HIV from the XVII International AIDS Conference (IAC 2008) being held in Mexico City from 3 to 8 August.
HDN will be working on the project ‘Seen and heard: children affected by HIV & AIDS’ during the IAC this year.
We are looking for KCs with strong English writing skills and experience and knowledge of the impact of HIV and AIDS on children to work on this project. KCs will be conducting issue-based reporting in the lead up to, during and after the IAC 2008.
Through this collaboration with Irish Aid, Bernard van Leer Foundation (BvLF) and the Joint Learning Initiative on Children and HIV/AIDS (JLICA), HDN will be able to support one (1) KC from each of these countries: Cambodia, India (Manipur), Uganda, Zambia and Zimbabwe, to attend IAC 2008.
Your attendance at the IAC 2008 will help build the global knowledge base about children and HIV as well as contribute to critical dialogue about this issue.
